Matching Forged Pistons, Valves, and Oil Pump Housings in One Engine Rebuild Order

A typical DingFeng engine-internal order is not a single SKU. Buyers rebuilding the same gasoline engine family usually combine forged aluminum pistons, an intake and exhaust valve set, and the cast aluminum oil-pump / front-cover housing.

Use the photo catalog as the visual check. The piston shows valve reliefs on the crown and a ring-land stack; confirm bore, compression height, and pin diameter against the engine list. The valve set should be quoted as intake and exhaust together so stem diameter, head diameter, and keeper groove stay in one family. The oil-pump housing is the aluminum cover with a central shaft bore, multiple mounting holes, and a relief-valve cylinder — send the original cover photo or OEM number so the inlet and outlet ports line up.

On the RFQ, write the engine code, intended compression, and whether you need rings, pins, and gaskets in the same carton. Mixed packing of these three lines is the usual way DingFeng fills a 20-foot container without leftover odd lots.
