Inverted Front Forks and Steel Swingarms: Motorcycle Chassis Buying Notes

Motorcycle chassis buyers usually start with the front fork and the rear swingarm because both are large, painted parts that define the bike family.

The DingFeng inverted fork is a complete assembly with upper and lower triple trees. Quote stanchion diameter, travel, disc-caliper boss spacing, and whether the bars clamp on the top tree. Do not order sliders alone if your aftermarket customer expects a ready-to-bolt assembly.

The rear swingarm is a black steel unit supplied with axles. Give chain-adjuster style, axle diameter, and shock mount width. Paint is gloss or satin black in the photo; ask if you need a different powder coat for a house brand.

These two SKUs should travel upright or well-cradled. Pair them with smaller lines such as footpegs and chain so the pallet is not only long steel.
