How to Specify an Automotive Wiring Harness Loom Without Guessing Connector Colors
A complete vehicle loom is the SKU most often returned when the RFQ is only a year and model. DingFeng’s catalog sample is a full harness with corrugated conduit, taped branches, multi-color wires, and mixed plastic multi-pin connectors.
Send the OEM harness number, a photo of every main plug, and whether the loom is engine-bay, cabin, or chassis. Note if you need the fusebox already attached. Color codes must follow the original drawing; do not ask the factory to “make it similar.”
