High-Pressure Brake Hose RFQ: Length, Banjo Angle, and Crimp Marking
Brake hoses look similar in a photo and fail in the field if the fitting is wrong. DingFeng’s catalog hose is a high-pressure line with plated metal fittings.
On the RFQ list: free length, each end type (straight, 20-degree, or banjo), thread or banjo bolt size, and whether a copper washer set is included. If the market needs DOT or ECE print on the crimp, write the mark on the PO.
These hoses are light. They are the classic leftover-cube filler around drive shafts and gearboxes. Ask for individual polybags so workshop counters can sell one hose without opening a bulk carton.
