Heavy and oily first: crankshafts, oil-pump housings, gearbox assemblies, drive shafts. Electrical next on their own pallets: AGM batteries are heavy and must stay upright; alternators and starters can share a layer. Chassis hoses and chains fill remaining cube. Motorcycle forks and frames need crates. Fairings, windshields, and top cases ride last so paint is not crushed.
On the RFQ, list SKU, photo reference, quantity, and which pallet family it belongs to. Ask for a packing list that mirrors those families so your warehouse can unload by aisle.
