Brake Hose Fittings and Drive Shafts: Chassis SKUs That Travel Well in Mixed Containers
Chassis lines are the easiest fill-in cargo after engine SKUs. Two DingFeng parts that survive mixed containers well are the high-pressure brake hose with crimped metal fittings and the black drive shaft with a center support bearing.
For the hose, send length, fitting angle (straight or banjo), thread, and whether you need DOT or ECE marking on the crimp. The catalog photo shows a flexible hose with plated fittings — do not assume a universal length. Order by vehicle application or by measured sample.
The drive shaft photo is a painted black tube with yokes and a center bearing hanger. Quote overall length, spline / flange type, and whether the hanger rubber is included. These shafts are long; they often ride along the container wall while boxed hoses fill the gaps.
A practical RFQ asks DingFeng to nest hose cartons around two or three shaft SKUs so you do not pay for empty cube on a chassis-only sailing.
